You expressly agree and understand that the iSkoot and Skype Software is not intended to support or carry emergency calls to any type of hospital, law enforcement agency, medical care unit or any other kind of Emergency Service.
The use of iSkoot Services provided by iSkoot Inc. is subject to the most updated End User License Agreement available on the iSkoot website at: http://www.iskoot.com/enduseragreement.php. iSkoot hereby grants You a limited, personal, non-commercial (at home or at work), non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable license to download, install and use the iSkoot Software on Your computer, mobile phone or PDA, for the sole purpose of personally using the internet telephony applications provided by iSkoot and any other applications that may be explicitly provided by iSkoot.
iSkoot cannot guarantee that you will always be able to communicate with other iSkoot and/or Skype Software users, nor can iSkoot guarantee that you can communicate without disruptions, delays or communication-related flaws or that all your communication shall always be delivered to other iSkoot and/or Skype Software users. iSkoot will not be liable for any such disruptions, delays or other omissions in any communication experienced when using iSkoot Software.
The Privacy Statement that is published on the iSkoot website at http://www.iskoot.com/privacy.php applies to the use of your personal data. The use of VoIP Services provided by Skype Communications S.a.r.l is subject to the most updated Terms of service, and the most updated Skype End User License Agreement, both available on the Skype Website at: http://www.skype.com/legal. The "Privacy Policy" that is published on the Skype Website at http://www.skype.com/legal/privacy/general applies to the use of your personal data.
