iSkoot Names Jim Hudak Vice President of Business Development

Telecom Industry Veteran to Accelerate iSkoot's Partner Plans and Expansion Efforts

San Francisco - March 17, 2008 - iSkoot, the leading provider of carrier-friendly mobile VoIP solutions, today announced the appointment of Jim Hudak to the position of vice president of business development. Hudak brings more than 15 years of relevant business development, marketing and product management experience to iSkoot. In his new role, Hudak will lead iSkoot's growth initiatives by establishing strategic partnerships with carriers and OEMs while also focusing on the expansion of iSkoot's solutions into new global markets.

Hudak joins iSkoot from mig33, the first global mobile community to integrate the most popular Internet applications together for anyone with a mobile phone. In his role as vice president of business development, Hudak spearheaded a number of strategic initiatives, including regulatory compliance and global payment solutions. Prior to mig33, Hudak was the vice president of business development for Fonav, which was acquired by Trolltech. As the CEO of AirTx, a text messaging software company, Jim led the sale of the company to Openwave in 2004.
